PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fitness to a lower part of a hip.SOLUTION: An external body 20 is formed by laminating an elastic sheet layer 30 between a first sheet layer 20A and a second sheet layer 20B, and the first sheet layer 20A and the second sheet layer 20B are jointed directly or indirectly by plural dot-like joint parts 40 which are arranged at intervals in a width direction and in a cross direction, in a state that the elastic sheet layer 30 is extended in the width direction.
