PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone cement vacuum mixing device which generates a negative pressure immediately before cement components are mixed.SOLUTION: A vacuum mixing device for mixing a PMMA bone cement formed of a monomer liquid and cement powder 9 comprises: at least one cartridge 6 comprising a removable inside part for bone cement mixing； a mixing device 10 for mixing contents in the cartridge, the mixing device being movably arranged in the cartridge； a container 2 for receiving an independent container 54 containing the monomer liquid； and an opening device 5 which is arranged in an area of the container in a manner of being movable to the container.
