The present invention relates to a composition for improving, preventing, or treating a liver disease, which is caused by alcohol, wherein the composition includes a mulberry extract and a silk protein mixture as an active component. The composition of the present invention alleviates hepatocyte toxicity by the alcohol or acetaldehyde, and promotes expression of an alcohol degradation related gene. The present invention also provides a composition for improving or curing hangover, which has a mulberry extract and a silk protein mixture as an active component. The composition of the present invention is provided to significantly suppress an increase in concentration of blood alcohol and acetaldehyde after alcohol consumption, thereby providing an excellent hangover curing effect.본 발명은 오디 추출물 및 실크프로테인 혼합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 알코올에 의해 유발된 간질환의 개선, 예방 또는 치료용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 알코올 또는 아세트알데히드에 의한 간세포 독성을 완화시키고, 알코올 분해 관련 유전자의 발현을 촉진시킨다. 또한, 본 발명은 오디 추출물 및 실크프로테인 혼합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 숙취 예방 또는 해소용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 알코올 섭취 후 혈중 알코올 및 아세트알데히드 농도 증가를 현저히 억제함으로써 우수한 숙취 해소 효과를 나타낸다.
