The present invention provides a composition for improving, preventing or treating liver disease caused by an alcohol comprising an audiovisual extract and a silk protein mixture as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention alleviates hepatocellular toxicity by alcohol or acetaldehyde and promotes expression of alcohol degradation related genes. In another aspect, the present invention provides a composition for preventing or eliminating hangovers comprising an Audi extract and a silk protein mixture as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention exhibits an excellent hangover relieving effect by significantly inhibiting an increase in blood alcohol and acetaldehyde concentration after alcohol intake.본 발명은 오디 추출물 및 실크프로테인 혼합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 알코올에 의해 유발된 간질환의 개선, 예방 또는 치료용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 알코올 또는 아세트알데히드에 의한 간세포 독성을 완화시키고, 알코올 분해 관련 유전자의 발현을 촉진시킨다. 또한, 본 발명은 오디 추출물 및 실크프로테인 혼합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 숙취 예방 또는 해소용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 알코올 섭취 후 혈중 알코올 및 아세트알데히드 농도 증가를 현저히 억제함으로써 우수한 숙취 해소 효과를 나타낸다.
