PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a preferred puncture position of a puncture needle varies with characteristics of a subject, however, if an opening for puncture is randomly provided on an outer peripheral surface of an overtube, there is a case where the puncture needle penetrates and damages an esophagus of the subject.SOLUTION: A guide tube for endoscope comprises: a main body tube having a through hole for inserting an endoscope, and a plurality of puncture openings provided on a wall surface of a tip side of the through hole for passing a puncture needle an outer balloon covering the plurality of puncture openings and provided on an outer peripheral surface of the main body tube, which is inflated to an outer peripheral direction of the main body tube and an inner balloon provided to block the plurality of puncture openings, which is inflated toward the through hole according to the inflation of the outer balloon. The plurality of puncture openings do not face each other with a center axis of the through hole therebetween.
