The present invention relates to a deodorization device using an advanced oxidation process and, more specifically, to a chemical liquid cleaning device which is configured to remove bad odor by using catalytic water and comprises: an outer cleaning housing having a cleaning water tank formed on an inner lower portion and including a central cleaning water tank, an inner cleaning water tank, and an outer cleaning water tank, and a cleaning inlet; a housing main body disposed on an inner side of the outer cleaning housing and including a cleaning outlet formed on an upper side and an inner cleaning housing in which annular cleaning barrier panels are formed at regular intervals along a longitudinal direction; a cleaning nozzle unit installed in the housing main body; and a catalytic water generating device configured to supply catalytic water to the outer cleaning housing and the inner cleaning housing of the housing main body, wherein the inner cleaning housing is provided in the outer cleaning housing, and the annular cleaning barrier panels are sequentially stacked on the inner cleaning housing, such that injected odorous gas is cleaned while sequentially moving, and thus, a retention time of the odorous gas is extended, thereby increasing cleaning efficiency, and different types of chemical liquid are injected to the outer cleaning housing and the inner cleaning housing, thereby further increasing the cleaning efficiency.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019본 발명은 고도산화공정을 이용한 탈취장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 촉매수를 이용하여 악취를 제거하도록 된 약액세정장치로서, 내측 하부에 중앙세정수조, 내측세정수조 및 외측세정수조로 구성된 세정수조부를 가지며 세정유입구가 형성된 세정외부하우징과, 상기 세정외부하우징의 내측에 배치되고 상측에 세정배출구가 형성되고, 내부에 환형의 세정격벽패널들이 길이방향을 따라 일정간격을 유지하며 형성된 세정내부하우징으로 이루어진 하우징본체과, 상기 하우징본체에 설치되는 세정노즐부와, 상기 하우징본체의 세정외부하우징과 세정내부하우징에 촉매수를 공급하는 촉매수발생장치로 이루어져, 세정외부하우징의 내부에 세정내부하우징을 마련하고, 세정내부하우징에 순차적으로 적층되게 환형의 세정격벽패널을 형성하여 투입된 순차적으로 악취가스가 이동되면서 세정되도록 함으로써, 악취가스의 체류시간을 늘려 세정효율을 높일 수 있게 되고, 세정외부하우징과 세정내부하우징에 다양한 약액을 분사하여 재차 세정효율을 높이는 효과가 있다.
