The present invention relates to a separation device of a bean threshing machine which discharges residual products and collects beans by threshing soya crops with a drum (21). The separation device of a bean threshing machine comprises: a vibration unit (30) separating a bean from a residual product by vibrating a shaking sieve (31) under the drum (21)； a transferring unit (40) which is installed under the vibration unit (30) and transfers beans to a transferring screw (45)； and a collecting unit (50) which is formed on one side of the transferring unit (40) to be connected with a collecting duct (52) and transfers the beans upward through the collecting duct (52).
