PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a tongue in a front position without an incongruity sense to certainly hold a state that a respiratory tract is opened, and to dispense with an auxiliary implement and an operation before use to reduce cost.SOLUTION: An upper piece 2 molded in accordance with the tooth row of the upper teeth of a patient and a lower piece 3 molded in accordance with the tooth row of the lower teeth of the patient are integrally connected at an interval at which the tongue C can be projected between the upper piece 2 and the lower piece 3 such that the lower piece 3 is projected forward a little, and a bag part 4a molded in accordance with the front end part shape of the tongue C of the patient and a front piece 4 having a tongue insertion opening are provided such that: the bag part 4a projects forward rather than the front faces of the upper piece 2 and the lower piece 3 and the bag part is locked to the upper piece 2 and the lower piece 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 舌を前方位置に違和感なく固定して気道が開いた状態を確実に保持し、しかも補助器具及び使用前の操作を不要にして低コスト化する。【解決手段】 患者の上歯の歯列に合せて成型した上部ピース2と患者の下歯の歯列に合せて成型した下部ピース3を下部ピース3がやや前方へ張り出すように且つ上部ピース2と下部ピース3の間に舌Cを突き出せる間隔をおいて一体的に連結し、患者の舌Cの前端部形状に合せて成型した袋部4a及び舌挿入口を有する前部ピース4をその袋部4aが上部ピース2と下部ピース3の正面より前方へ突出するように且つ上部ピース2と下部ピース3に係止するように設ける。【選択図】 図4
