PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral cavity device for guiding a wearer to a nasal respiration by preventing mouth respiration, securing an air passage by preventing glossoptosis, having superiority in cost and processing phases, and improving the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, and to provide a method for producing the oral cavity device.SOLUTION: An oral cavity device 10 for improving the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome comprises: an upper jaw piece 11 in which a tooth row of the upper jaw is placed a lower jaw piece 13 in which a tooth row of the lower jaw is placed and a tongue piece 13 in which the tongue is placed. The lower jaw piece 12 is disposed forward more than a normal engagement position, the tongue piece 13 is forward protrudingly disposed so as to close a clearance between the upper jaw tooth row and the lower jaw tooth row.
