Microcapsules which each contain at least one compound selected from among pyrethroid compounds represented by general formula (1) or (2) [wherein Ra is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom or the like, Rb is a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, or the like, and Rc is a hydrogen atom, methyl or the like], characterized in that: the volume median diameter of the microcapsules is 2 to 100μm； the film thickness of the microcapsules is 0.02 to 0.3μm； and the microcapsules are substantially free from any hydrophobic organic solvent.L'invention concerne des microcapsules dont chacune contient au moins un composé choisi parmi des composés pyréthrinoïdes représentés par la formule générale (1) ou (2) [Ra étant un atome d'hydrogène, un atome de fluor ou similaire, Rb étant un atome de fluor, un atome de chlore ou similaire et Rc étant un atome d'hydrogène, un méthyle ou similaire], caractérisé en ce que: le diamètre médian volumique des microcapsules est de 2 à 100μm； l'épaisseur de film des microcapsules est de 0,02 to 0,3μm； et les microcapsules sont sensiblement exemptes de tout solvant organique hydrophobe.一般式（１）または（２）〔式中、Ｒaは水素原子、フッ素原子等を表し、Ｒbはフッ素原子、塩素原子等を表し、Ｒｃは水素原子、メチル基等を表す。〕で示されるピレスロイド化合物から選ばれる１種以上の化合物を内包するマイクロカプセルであって、マイクロカプセルの体積中位径が２～１００μｍであり、マイクロカプセルの膜厚が０．０２～０．３μｍであり、且つ、マイクロカプセルが疎水性有機溶剤を実質的に含有しないことを特徴とするマイクロカプセル。
