PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection sticker capable of smoothly scanning a probe on a surface of a base film. An inspection sticker 10 used for image diagnosis using microwaves. A base film 11 having a coordinate grid 13 and an adhesive layer 12 laminated on the base film 11 are provided. The base film 11 includes a back surface 11R which is a surface in contact with the adhesive layer 12, and a surface 11F which is a surface opposite to the back surface 11R and on which a probe is scanned during inspection of an inspection target. On the surface 11F of the base film 11, the arithmetic mean roughness Ra specified in JIS B 0601:2013 is 0.1 μm or more, and the dynamic friction coefficient specified in JIS K 7125:1999 is obtained.
