PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-use adhesive sheet that is moderately adhered to skin and reduces pain in peeling off for early healing of skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis.SOLUTION: In a skin-use adhesive sheet 1, teardrop-shaped adhesive 2 are arrayed in a dot state on an adhesion surface 3a of a support body or on an adhesion surface 4a in the case where a middle layer 4 is formed, so that in the case where the skin-use adhesive sheet 1 is affixed on skin, the sheet moderately adheres to skin and causes less pain in peeling off and prevents curettage. Further, the sheet can exert medicine sustained release and moisture retention because the middle layer 4 or the like containing medicine and having wettability is provided.
