PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device to be arranged on a seat without deteriorating the appearance of a motorcycle, and also to provide the motorcycle including the massage device.SOLUTION: In the massage device, a pair of air bags 1 are arranged on the upper surface of the seat plate 31 of a seat base 30 in the seat 3 of the motorcycle 2. A connection piece 322 is arranged by projecting on the inner peripheral surface of a wall plate 32 at the front end of the seat base 30. The lower end of the connection piece 322 is projected from the lower end of the seat base 30. A rotation axis 323 arranged in a right and left directions at the lower end of the connection piece 322 is rotatably supported by the bearing of a body 21 of the motorcycle 2. The connection piece 322, the rotation axis 323, and the bearing constitute a hinge part. Air supply/exhaust devices 4 for performing air supply/exhaust to/from the air bags 1 are arranged on the lower surface of the seat plate 31. The air supply/exhaust devices 4 are electrically connected to a power source device 6, which is arranged in the body 21 side and supplies power, by a harness 7.
