A sealed reconstitution container device (40) for reconstituting a dried medication, the reconstitution container device comprising: a) a stopper component (42), the stopper component 1 comprising) a diluent connection port (46) external; and 2) a stopper body having a proximal end (43), a distal end (59), a side (45) having an outer surface, and a side diluent channel (54) interconnecting with a port (56) outlet port, the outlet port opening of the plug on the side; b) a cylinder component (44), the cylinder component 1) comprising a wall with an inner surface within which it forms a cavity (62); and 2) a distal end comprising an injection connector port (80); wherein the plug component and the cylinder component are coupled to each other in a manner in which the cavity of the cylinder component receives the distal end of the plug component; c) a longitudinal diluent flow slot (90); d) a mixing channel (70) comprising an elongated channel wall (69), a fixed inlet end (91) and a fixed outlet end (93); wherein the fixed outlet end is connected to port (80) of the injection connector; and where the mixing channel contains a dried medicine; wherein the mixing channel provides an indirect flow path between the diluent longitudinal flow slot and the injection connector port; characterized in that the device further comprises a diluent distribution slot (94); wherein the longitudinal diluent flow slot has a selected length to connect the diluent distribution slot with the fixed inlet end of the mixing channel; wherein the plug component has an internal diluent flow path from the diluent connector port to the plug outlet port; wherein the diluent distribution slot is located so that it is connected to the outlet port of the stopper; wherein the diluent distribution slot will connect to the longitudinal diluent flow slot regardless of the rotation orientation of the plug component when hooked to the cylinder component; and where there is fluid communication between the inte
