PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-wear/non-wear and lightweight bedsore prevention implement, preventing a bedsore of a bone projection part by performing support and decompression from a lower leg to a foot part without restraining movement of a foot.SOLUTION: This bedsore prevention implement includes: a lower leg support part 5 contacting with a lower leg part a sole support part 4 contacting with a sole side face protection parts 2, 3 contacting with both the side walls of the foot and fixing implements 1. These constituent bodies except the fixing implements 1 comprise a plurality of sectionalized bag-like bodies made of an elastic material, and bead-like bodies having excellent fluidity are filled in each of the bag-like bodies. A filling density of each of the bead-like bodies in the plurality of sectionalized bag-like constituent bodies is the highest in the bag-like body positioned in a recessed part between a calf and a heel, followed by the filling density of the bag-like body in a position of the arch of the a foot part.
