PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-detachable and lightweight bedsore prevention device capable of preventing a bedsore of a bone projection part by performing support and decompression from a lower leg to a foot part without restraining movement of a foot.SOLUTION: A bedsore prevention device includes: a lower leg support part 5 to be in contact with a lower leg part a sole support part 4 to be in contact with a sole side face protection parts 2 to be in contact with both side walls of the foot and fixing implements 1. These constituent bodies except the fixing implements are composed of a plurality of sectioned bag-like bodies made of an elastic material, and bead-like bodies having excellent fluidity are filled in each of the bag-like bodies. For a method of filling the bead-like bodies particularly in the lower leg support part and the sole support part, they are filled so as to fill a recessed part formed between a floor surface and a part from the lower leg to the heel and to fill a sole recessed part when the device is worn, particularly a filling density of a part near the heel is specified, and at least the heel is floated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】足の動きを拘束せず下腿から足部に渡り支持して除圧し、骨突出部の褥瘡を予防することができる、かつ着脱が容易で軽量な褥瘡予防用具を提供する。【解決手段】下腿部に接する下腿支持部5、足底に接する足底支持部4、足の両側壁に接する側面保護部2及び固定具1より構成され、固定具を除くこれら構成体が伸縮性を有する素材の複数に区分した袋状体からなっており、その各々に流動性の良好なビーズ状体を充填したもので、特に下腿支持部と足底支持部へのビーズ状体充填方法を当該用具を着用時に床面と下腿から踵にかけての間に形成される凹部を充足するようにおよび足底凹部を充足するように充填したもので、特に踵に近い部位の充填密度を特定し、踵を少なくとも浮かせるようにした褥瘡予防用具である。【選択図】図1
