The purpose of the present invention is to easily and efficiently perform a pest control work by adjusting the height of a spray tube with a spray nozzle according to the height of a cultivated plant when the pest control work is performed inside a greenhouse. A pest control apparatus for a greenhouse of the present invention comprises: a pest control body including a boarding provided at an upper portion, wherein a driver is mounted on the boarding and controls the boarding running rollers mounted and running on work rails between cultivation domes, which are provided in multiple lines at both sides of a central passage inside the greenhouse, while normally or reversely rotating by a driving unit provided inside the boarding below the pest control body a central passage moving unit installed such that the central passage moving unit deviates from the running rollers below the pest control body and moves to the next work rails through the central passage of the greenhouse a control bar fixed to the center portion of the pest control body, and having a plurality of operation switches which are formed on an upper end of the control bar and control the pest control work and spray units installed at both sides of the pest control body, and connected to sprayers to spray fluid to crops.
