The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing nitrogen-based low temperature atmospheric pressure plasma for treating damaged muscle or promoting regeneration thereof, and a method for treating damaged muscle or promoting regeneration thereof using the same. The nitrogen-based low temperature atmospheric pressure plasma can effectively induce activation of muscle cells, transfer to damaged parts of muscle cells, proliferation of muscle cells and differentiation of muscle cells without a surgery or in a treatment process after a surgery, thereby being used for a novel muscle damage-related treating agent or method.본 발명은 손상 근육의 치료 또는 재생 촉진용 질소기반 저온 대기압 플라즈마의 제조방법, 이를 이용한 손상 근육 치료 및 재생 촉진 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 질소기반 저온 대기압 플라즈마는 외과적 수술 없이, 또는 외과적 수술 후 처리과정에서 근육 세포의 활성화, 근육 세포의 손상부위로의 이동, 근육 세포의 증식 및 근육 세포의 분화를 효과적으로 유도할 수 있으므로, 신규한 근육 손상 및 근육 손상 관련 질환 치료제 및 치료방법으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
