PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of unpolished rice is provided to simplify the structure by washing, immersing, and steaming successively in a storage tank, thereby reducing the cost of the product and keeping the product uniformed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of unpolished rice comprises the following steps. A discharging means(13) is installed on the lower part of a storage tank(10). A mixing screw(20) is vertically installed in the storage tank, and operated by a motor(22). A fluid supply means(30) installs a fluid conduit(31) in the storage tank, and supplies the wash water, the soaking water, and steam for steaming selectively. A circulation conduit(41) is connected to the upper part of the storage tank, and the other end of the circulation conduit is connected to the lower part of the storage tank. A circulation pump(42) is installed in the circulation conduit. An inversion means(4) sprays the high pressure water selectively on the rice being washed and immersed. A foreign substance separation means(50) is installed on the upper part of the storage tank. The lower part of the storage tank is formed with a cone-like portion(12). An injection nozzle is installed on the lower part of a fluid pipe(140). A heater(44) is installed in the inlet side of the circulation pump of the circulation conduit. The circulation conduit installs a ring for dispersion in the other end of it, the ring for dispersion is connected to the cone-shape portion with at least two injection pipes(47).
