PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling type medicine capsule in which two kinds of medicines are stored.SOLUTION: A medicine capsule comprises: a main capsule container body storing therein an affected part therapeutic agent； a sub capsule container body storing therein, a side effect prevention agent； and a medicine capsule coupling body comprising a film-shaped mixing prevention block part. To an inner peripheral face of a cylinder of the medicine capsule coupling body, outer peripheral faces of the main capsule container body and the sub capsule container body can be freely fitted, an outer peripheral face of the cylinder of the main capsule container body is fitted to an inner peripheral face of the cylinder on one face side of the medicine capsule coupling body, an opening of the cylinder of the main capsule container body is made to contact with one surface of the mixing prevention block part. An outer peripheral face of the cylinder of the sub capsule container body is fitted to an inner peripheral face of the cylinder on the other face side of the medicine capsule coupling body, and an opening of the cylinder of the capsule container body is made to contac with the other face of the mixing prevention block part.
