A packaged food product comprising a packaging body and a nutritional composition having reduced stickiness on its surface and containing a plurality of solid particles, at least one surface of the nutritional composition and a carbohydrate, where the solid particles have a diameter in the range of from about 1 mm to about 10 mm, and where at least one surface of the nutritional composition is the outer surface. 2. A packaged food product according to claim 1, wherein the carbohydrate is glucose, fructose or glucose and fructose. A packaged food product according to claim 1, wherein the solid particles are selected from the group consisting of oatmeal, grains, cookie particles, disk chips, and any combination thereof.
