PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical stent with movement prevention means, which can be inserted into any body cavity such as the duodenum, the colon, the gullet and the biliary tract, and which can be used for a lesion developed by stricture caused by a benign or malignant tumor.SOLUTION: A medical stent includes a body that assumes a cylindrical shape of a mesh structure configured by knitting an elastic member and within which a passage is provided, and a movement prevention part that configures a part of the body and that prevents the body from moving from a lesion. The body includes a first elastic part that is positioned in a central part and that is arranged in the lesion, a pair of second elastic parts that are arranged on both the sides of the first elastic part and that are elongated from the first elastic part, a third elastic part that is arranged on the one side of the second elastic part and that is elongated from the second elastic part, and a fourth elastic part that is arranged on the one side of the third elastic part and that is elongated from the third elastic part to configure an end part of the body. The movement prevention part comprises the second and fourth elastic parts.
