PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress generation of sensor malfunction even when compression detection is performed using a pressure sensitive member whose electrical characteristics vary in response to compression.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor for detecting compression includes an installation section installed at a location to be detected. The installation section is divided to include pressure sensitive regions 35 and non-pressure sensitive regions 36. The pressure sensitive region 35 is configured to perform compression detection using a pressure sensitive member whose electrical characteristics vary in response to compression.
