PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical probe device used for guiding a percutaneous probe at the time of medical treatment.SOLUTION: A probe device includes an ultrasonic vibrator housing 100 which is constituted so as to house a probe and through which a passage 126 penetrates. The device can be used with real-time imaging of the probe in treatment so as to guide the probe to a percutaneous target through a probe guide, and can include a sterilizable shield including a sterilizing probe guide so that the vibrator housing can be isolated from a subject with a sterilizing barrier. The sterilizable shield can be a single-use shield which can prevent contamination and reuse of the shield.
