A device for verifying relationship between acupuncture and qi-blood regulation, measures a subject to verify the coordination status of acupuncture and qi and blood. The apparatus comprises at least one infrared sensing gripper, a signal processing unit and an analysis unit. The gripper is located in the subjects finger nailfold, collecting the subjects continuous sensing signals within a specified time before and after acupuncture. The signal processing unit processes filtering and sampling to get digital signals on behalf of the subjects pulses before and after acupuncture.
