PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a tissue body for transplantation composed of a biological tissue containing a desired cell or a cell having a function similar to a desired cell, and to provide a molding base material for producing an artificial tissue body for transplantation used for the method.SOLUTION: In a molding base material for producing an artificial tissue for transplantation used for producing an artificial tissue for transplantation and capable of supporting a desired cell, a cell as a replacement for the desired cell or a cell capable of dividing into the desired cell so as to execute the same outward from a surface of a base material, the molding base material is covered with a biological body-originated tissue containing the desired cell or a cell having a function similar to a desired cell by placing the molding base material supporting the desired cell, the cell as a replacement for the desired cell or the cell capable of dividing into the desired cell in environments where the biological tissue are present, followed by removing the molding base material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 所望の細胞もしくは所望の細胞に類似の機能を有する細胞を含む生体組織からなる移植用組織体を形成させるための方法、並びに当該方法に用いられる移植用人工組織体製造用鋳型基材を提供する。【解決手段】 所望の細胞、所望の細胞の代替となる細胞もしくは所望の細胞へ分化する能力を有する細胞を基材表面から外部へ侵出可能なように担持し得る鋳型基材であって、所望の細胞、所望の細胞の代替となる細胞もしくは所望の細胞へ分化する能力を有する細胞を担持させた該鋳型基材を生体組織の存在する環境下に置くことによって、該鋳型基材を該所望の細胞もしくは所望の細胞と類似の機能を有する細胞を含む生体由来組織にて被覆させ、次いで該鋳型基材を取り除くことによって移植用人工組織体を製造するために用いられる、移植用人工組織体製造用鋳型基材を提供する。【選択図】なし
