PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation pump filter which has a plumbing function capable of feeding and draining water inside a water tank and which at the same time can clean inside the filter.SOLUTION: An underwater pump B is provided with a feeding pipe E and a draining pipe F. The underwater pump B is also provided with a tank body C of a circulation pump filter having a plumbing function (the filter tank body C). A faucet D with full-open and push-open switching function is installed in the tank bottom of the filter tank body C. With the installation of the faucet D, the water circulating inside the filter by the circulation pump can be easily drained outside the water tank A.
