PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating sheet body which can exert a magnetic effect over a wide range.SOLUTION: The power generating sheet body comprises a flat base sheet Bs pasted on a cap sheet Cs having protrusive caps C, in which the caps C are distributed, being wound with a coil and provided with free magnets M. A cellular sheet body 1 comprises a flat base sheet Bs pasted on a cap sheet Cs having a plurality of protrusive caps C formed using a vacuum molding roll which is provided with many suction cavities for forming the caps C.
