PURPOSE: A forest tree crushing and cutting apparatus is provided to selectively crush and cut forest trees by applying a fixed crushing cutter and a circular crushing cutter equipped with a cutting blade and a crushing blade at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An arm-band(120) is connected to a main body. A first cylinder(130) is installed on the main body. A circular crushing cutter(140) is rotatably installed in the leading end of the arm-band, and is fixed to the end of the first cylinder to circulate by the operation of the first cylinder. A fixed crushing cutter(150) is installed attachably and removably at the arm-band, and crushes and cuts forest trees by being coupled to the circular crushing cutter. A first latch bolt(161) latch-fixes a first alignment pin(151). A second latch bolt(162) latch-fixes a second alignment pin(152). A second cylinder forcefully rotates the second latch bolt to latch the second latch bolt to the second alignment pin, or releases the second latch bolt latched on the second alignment pin. A circulation cutting blade(140a) is concavely formed on the circular crushing cutter to cut the forest trees. A fixed cutting blade(150a) is formed on the fixed crushing cutter to cut the forest trese by coupling with the circular cutting blade. At the leading end of the circular cutting blade, a circular crushing blade(140b) is formed as curved downwards from the circular cutting blade. A fixed crushing blade(150b) is formed on the curved end of the upper cut blade to crush the forest trees by interacting with the circular crushing blade.
