PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a spectroscopic analysis easily over a wide range by saving labor and time while suppressing variations of endoscopic images.
SOLUTION: A spectroscopic probe 1 includes two or more optical fibers 5 which emit near-infrared light to a target article A to be measured from a distal end surface by guiding the near-infrared light and make the near-infrared light which is scattered or reflected by the target article A and returns enter from the distal end surface and a scanning means for moving the distal end of the optical fibers 5 in a direction to intersect the longitudinal direction, and the scanning means includes a restraining part 9 which fixes an interval between the optical fibers 5 in a position in the middle of the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber 5 and an interval varying means 8 which varies the interval between the optical fibers 5 in a position closer to the distal end side of the optical fiber 5 than to the restraining part 9.
