The drug release stent comprises: a hollow cylindrical stent body part formed of metal wire and a coating layer which is formed by coating a solution containing a drug ingredient containing bioactive materials and biodegradable polymers which controls release rate of the drug ingredient to enable a delayed release of the drug ingredient in a body, therefore the prevent invention provides a technology for stably maintaining polymers coated on the surface of the stent when stent is compressed or expanded.
