It is arranged on the inner wall of the hollow body to define a sensing channel and also a drug channel with the inner wall. The sensing channel and the drug channel are both in communication with the air inlet and air outlet of the hollow body, and a pressure sensor is disposed on the surface of the guiding member or hollow body forming the sensing channel.
