PURPOSE: A curved safety bar for a hospital bed is provided to prevent a patient from falling out of a bed. CONSTITUTION: A curved safety bar (2) for a hospital bed is installed on both sides of a bed (1). The safety bar is curved toward the inside of the bed, is stood on both sides of the bed by a fixing unit, is separated from the fixing unit, is spread to the outside of the bed, is laid down, and is stored in an internal space below a mattress. The lower part of the safety bar curved toward the inside of the bed is curved to the opposite side. The lower part of the safety bar curved to the opposite side is inserted into an insertion groove (3). The safety is stood up by the insertion groove.본 발명은 병원 침대용의 굴곡형 안전바에 관한 것으로서, 병원에서 사용하는 침대의 폭방향 양옆에 설치된 안전바에 있어서, 상기 안전바는 침대의 안쪽을 향해 굴곡짐과 동시에 아래쪽의 일부는 반대쪽으로 굴곡진 형상으로 구성하고, 상기 침대의 양옆 하단부에는 길이방향을 따라 상기 안전바의 하단부가 삽입되는 삽입홈을 형성하여, 상기 안전바를 침대의 양옆에 세워 사용할 때에는 안전바의 하단 일부를 상기 삽입홈에 삽입하여 고정하고, 상기 안전바가 필요 없을 때에는 안전바를 삽입홈에서 분리한 후 침대의 양쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 벌려서 상기 침대 위에 누워있는 환자의 신체와 멀어지면서 이동하여 상기 침대의 양옆에서 안쪽으로 집어넣고, 침대의 매트리스 아래의 내부공간에 눕혀 보관하는 것이며, 이러한 안전바를 환자가 쉽게 인지하여 낙상 사고를 줄이고 환자의 실체 일부가 끼이는 안전 사고를 사전에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
