A process for treating keratin fibres may include applying a hair treatment composition to the keratin fibres. The composition may comprise at least one of fatty substances, surfactants, polymers with a glass transition temperature (Tg) ranging from about 40° C. to about 150° C., oxidation dye precursors, and direct dyes. The process may also include inserting the keratin fibres into a device comprising two elements that are moveable relative to each other between an open position and a closed position. In the closed position, the two elements may define a substantially leaktight closed space. The process may further include moving the two elements into the closed position to confine the keratin fibres in the closed space, and heating the keratin fibres to a temperature ranging from about 40° C. to about 250° C. while the keratin fibres are confined in the closed space.La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de fibres kératiniques, en particulier des cheveux, dans lequel : - une composition de traitement capillaire est appliquée aux fibres kératiniques, la composition comprenant au moins un composé choisi parmi les substances grasses, les agents tensio-actifs, les polymères ayant une Tg d'entre 40 et 150°C, les précurseurs de colorants d'oxydation et les colorants directs ； - les fibres kératiniques sont introduites dans un dispositif comprenant deux éléments qui sont mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre entre une position ouverte et une position fermée dans lequel les deux éléments mobiles définissent un espace fermé sensiblement étanche aux fuites ； - les deux éléments mobiles sont amenés conjointement jusqu'à la position fermée de façon à confiner les fibres kératiniques dans l'espace sensiblement étanche aux fuites ； - les fibres sont chauffées à une température d'entre 40 et 250°C.
