Described are various embodiments of an integrated fish diversion system, andlightingdevice used therein. One embodiment provides a system for divertingapproaching fishfrom a predominant water flow path and toward a bypass. The system comprises astructural diversion assembly to be disposed across the predominant water flowpath toguide the approaching fish along the structural diversion assembly to thebypass, whileallowing passage of water through the structural diversion assembly along thepredominant water flow path. The system further comprisesone or more lightingdevicesto be cooperatively disposed in relation to the structural diversion assemblyto furtherguide the approaching fish toward the bypass； and a controller operativelycoupleable tothe one or more lighting devices and operable to select an output spectrumthereof tooptimize fish guidance thereby.
