The present invention discloses a fecal collection and automated disposal system for multi-bogeyed transportation vehicle comprising a toilet seat, a pooling channel, a pooled chamber, a rail-side collector and a vicinity detector. The toilet seat is placed in every bogey of the transportation vehicle. The pooing channel is pipeline to transport the feces at real time. The pooled chamber is connected to the toilet seat through the pooling channel. The pooled chamber is filled with a liquid. The rail side collector is a large container placed at predetermined distance from each other on either side of a rail track. The vicinity detector comprises a vicinity transmitter and a vicinity receiver. The vicinity transmitter is placed adjacent to the pooled chamber and the vicinity receiver is placed adjacent to the rail-side collector. The vicinity transmitter transmits a distance of the pooled chamber to the vicinity receiver.
