To reduce heavy physical and mental burden of a person performing excretion and a caregiver, since, in the past, a person on a wheelchair and a bed-ridden person receives assist by the caregiver to go to a toilet when necessary, and to move on a toilet seat, or for diaper exchange while lying on a bed.SOLUTION: A multi-toilet system can be used as an ordinary bed or wheelchair, and can be moved to a toilet (a water closet) directly. A member of mattress or the like of the center of the buttocks are moved to the foot side and the buttocks and a bowl directly face each other so as to have the same feeling of excretion of a general person on a toilet seat of a flushing toilet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 従来は、車いすの人もベッドで寝ている人も、必要に応じ介助者のアシストを受けて、トイレまで行き、そして便座に乗り換える必要があった。あるいはベッドに寝たままでおむつ交換をする等、排泄をする本人の肉体的・精神的な負担や、介助者の負担が大きかった。【解決手段】 通常のベッドや通常の車椅子として使うことが出来、そのまま便所（トイレ部屋）に移動して、一般者が水洗トイレの便座の上で排泄するのと同感覚となるよう、臀部の中心部のマットレス等の部材が、足元側に移動し、臀部と便器とが直接向き合うようにする。【選択図】図１
