According to an aspect of the present invention, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a main body, an I/O part combined with the main body, a first driving member for controlling the height of the I/O part, a safety assistance unit which has one side connected to the I/O part to fix the I/O part when the first driving member is off, and a guide unit which can move the safety assistance unit in a first direction to control the height of the I/O part when the first driving member is on and fixes the safety assistance unit when the first driving member is off.
