According to the present invention, disclosed are a phantom of a medical radiation image device and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention can reduce manufacturing costs of a phantom for human body substitution for verifying the securing of a valid image result for a radiation image device used for examining lesions (for example, breast cancer) in the human body required for high resolution analysis by forming substitution parts for a normal region and a lesion region comprising the phantom with materials with a simple processing method, and can reduce technical and economical difficulties generated when a precise phantom is processed and manufactured.본 발명은 의료용 방사선 영상기기의 팬텀 및 그 제조방법을 개시한 것으로서, 이러한 본 발명은 팬텀을 이루는 정상부위 대체용과 병변부위 대체용 부재들을 가공방식이 간편한 재질로 구성한 것이고, 이에따라 고해상도 분석이 요구되는 인체내 병변(예； 유방암) 등의 검진에 사용되는 방사선 영상기기에 대한 유효한 영상 결과의 확보를 검증하기 위한 인체 대체용 팬텀의 제작 비용을 절감하고, 정밀한 팬텀을 가공 제작하는데 따른 기술적 경제적 어려움을 개선할 수 있는 것이다.
