PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phantom for medical image evaluation capable of aligning a plurality of imaging devices. SOLUTION: In the phantom 1 of the present invention, a heart phantom 2 imitating a heart is housed in a trunk container 3, and the heart phantom 2 is a reference position displayed as a reference position image 52 in a nuclear medicine image 50. It includes a member 10 and an upstream start point 9a of a simulated blood vessel 9 which is a feature member displayed as a feature image (upstream start point image 61a). When there is a misalignment between the nuclear medicine imaging device and the CT imaging device, when both images are superimposed, a misalignment occurs between the reference position image 52 and the feature image. Since this deviation causes a positional deviation between the two imaging devices, when creating the fusion image 70, correction is performed when the two images are fused in consideration of the amount of the positional deviation. This makes it possible to create an accurate fusion image 70. [Selection diagram] Fig. 2【課題】 複数の画像撮影機器の位置合わせを行うことができる医用画像評価用のファントムを提供する。【解決手段】 本発明のファントム１は、心臓を模した心臓ファントム２が体幹容器３内に収納されており、心臓ファントム２は、核医学画像５０で基準位置画像５２として表示される基準位置部材１０と、特徴画像（上流始点画像６１ａ）として表示される特徴部材である模擬血管９の上流始点９ａを備えている。核医学画像撮影機器とＣＴ画像撮影機器との間に位置ずれがある場合、両画像を重ね合わせると、基準位置画像５２と特徴画像との間にずれが生じる。このずれが両撮影機器の位置ずれとなるため、フュージョン画像７０を作成するときは、この位置ずれの分を考慮して両画像の融合の際の矯正を行う。これにより、正確なフュージョン画像７０を作成することができる。【選択図】図２
