A Chinese herbal medicine detecting by nuclear medicine molecular image device is disclosed, which at least includes a Chinese herbal medicine preparing device, a living body placing device, an imaging device, an auto radiography device, an image-rebuilding device, an analyzing device, and a data bank. It comprises: carrying out preparing the Chinese herbal medicine by using the Chinese herbal medicine preparing device； injecting an imaging reagent into the living body after taking the Chinese herbal medicine orally by the living body under test and placing the living body on the device； carrying out imaging for the living body by the imaging device and obtaining an image； comparing the image further by the auto radiography device； carrying out the image re-reconstruction by the image rebuilding device； carrying out the quantitative or semi-quantitative analysis by the analyzing device； and finally carrying out the image comparing analysis with the control group data in the interior of the data bank. Therefore, the present invention can compare easily the difference of analysis data between the living body after taking the Chinese herbal medicine and the normal living body. It can track the medicine effect conveniently, also establish the new analysis data, so as to make the analysis range more extensively and the efficiency much better.一種核醫分子影像檢測中草藥裝置，係至少包含有一中草藥配製裝置、一活體放置裝置、一造影裝置、一自動放射顯影裝置(Autoradiography)、一影像重建裝置、一分析裝置及一資料庫。藉此，利用該中草藥配製裝置進行中草藥物配製，並對一待檢測之活體口服此中草藥物後，注射一造影劑於該活體中並置於該活體放置裝置上，由該造影裝置對該活體進行造影取得一造影影像，並將該造影影像以該自動放射顯影裝置做進一步之影像比較後，再由該影像重建裝置進行影像重建，並以該分析裝置予以定量或半定量分析，最後經由該資料庫內部之對照組資料進行影像比較分析。因此，本發明係可輕易得出服用中草藥後之活體與正常之活體在比較後所呈現出差異部分之分析資料，藉此方便追蹤藥效之同時，亦可從中建立出新之分析資料，進而使分析範圍愈廣泛且效率愈佳。
