The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a mixed extraction fermentation composition with use of a mixed fructose and, more specifically, a mixed extraction fermentation composition with use of a mixed fructose, which is manufactured by the following steps of extracting each extract solution from plant tissues of Portulaca oleracea L., young leaves of Artemisia annua, Salicornia herbacea and plums； mixing each extraction solution in a container； fermenting the same with use of enzymes treated with mixed fructose and aging the same for a predetermined time； adding a proper amount of propolis which is a natural antibiotic, and a manufacturing method thereof.본 발명은 혼합과당을 이용한 혼합추출발효조성물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 쇠비름, 개똥쑥(개똥쑥의 어린 잎만을 사용), 함초, 매실의 식물조직으로부터 각각의 추출액을 추출한 후에, 다시 각각의 추출액을 모두 한곳에 혼합하여, 발효시킬 때에 혼합과당(과실즙)을 효소로 처리된 분위기 내에서 일정한 기간동안 숙성시킨 후에, 적정량의 천연 항생제인 프로폴리스를 첨가하여 혼합추출발효조성물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로하는 혼합과당을 이용한 혼합추출발효조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
