PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening method effectively preventing peeling of a surface layer while extremely easily greening places conventionally hard to green, such as a slope and a natural steep land.
SOLUTION: A lapilli soil construction method (and a concrete structure 1 by the method) is used for greening an inclined plane 2a of a base 2. A worker forms a lapilli concrete layer 11 on the inclined plane 2a at first by spraying lapilli concrete to the inclined plane 2a of the base 2, and washes out the surface of the lapilli concrete layer 11 followed by sufficiently curing. Furthermore, the worker sprays a seed-containing thick layer base material to the surface of the lapilli concrete layer 11 to form a thick layer base material layer 12. The inclined plane 2a is greened through sprouting and growth of seeds in the thick layer base material layer 12.
