The purpose of the present invention is to provide a soft capsule molding apparatus which can perform high-speed molding of a soft capsule containing a variety of liquid medicines along with gelatin, thereby dramatically enhancing productivity and minimizing a defect rate. For the purpose, the soft capsule formation apparatus comprises: a sheet formation portion for using a gelatin solution to form two gelatin sheets； a pair of die rolls facing each other adjacently to spin in reverse directions in order to heat and seal the gelatin sheets and simultaneously form a shape of a capsule, wherein cavities engraved in a shape of a half of a capsule are respectively formed and arranged on the circumferences of the pair of the die rolls to correspond to the counterpart cavities on the other die roll； and a wedge disposed on the upper side of the pair of the die rolls, having a plurality of nozzles arranged thereon, which receive liquid medicines from a liquid medicine supply portion and inject the same between the gelatin sheets, and including a heater for heating the gelatin sheets at a predetermined temperature and an built-in temperature sensor for detecting temperature, wherein a long recess is formed in a width direction of the cavity on the edge of the liquid medicine jetting portion of the nozzles in the wedge in order to reduce pressure applied to the liquid medicines, thereby enabling the nozzles to jet the liquid medicines simultaneously toward the cavity and the other adjacent cavity.본 발명은 각종 약액을 젤라틴과 함께 연질캡슐의 형태로 고속성형이 가능하여 생산성을 크게 높이면서 불량률을 최소화할 수 있는 성형기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 젤라틴 용액으로 2장의 젤라틴 시트를 성형하는 시트 성형부와, 상기 젤라틴 시트들을 가열 밀봉함과 동시에 캡슐 형상으로 성형하기 위해 캡슐의 2분의 1 형상으로 음각된 공동(cavity)이 외주에 서로 대응되게 각각 배열 형성된 채로 근접하여 마주 대하며 서로 반대 방향으로 회전하는 한 쌍의 다이롤과, 상기 한 쌍의 다이롤 상측에 위치되고, 약액 공급부로부터 약액을 공급받아 상기 젤라틴 시트들 사이에 주입하기 위한 다수 개의 노즐이 배열 형성되며 상기 젤라틴 시트를 일정한 온도로 가열하기 위한 히터 및 온도를 검출하는 온도 센서가 내장된 웨지를 포함하며, 상기 웨지 중 상기 노즐의 약액 분출 부분 가장자리에, 상기 약액이 압력을 낮추어 상기 하나의 공동과 이에 인접하는 다른 공동
