PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an auger with a casing, easy in maintenance, and excellent in work performance.SOLUTION: An auger 1 comprises: a rotary shaft 11; a vane body 12 helically provided on the rotary shaft 11; and a replaceable vane 13 replaceably installed to the vane body 12. A taper of thinning a thickness toward an outer edge from the rotary shaft 11 side, is applied to the vane body 12, and a fitting part 13a fitted to the outer edge side of the vane body 12, is formed in the replaceable vane 13, so that the replaceable vane 13 can be easily installed to or detached from the vane body 12, and can be easily replaced when the replaceable vane 13 is abraded or damaged.
