The present invention relates to an anti-obesity composition comprising Chrysanthemum zawadskii extracts, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity comprising Chrysanthemum zawadskii extracts, and to a health functional food for preventing or alleviating obesity comprising the Chrysanthemum zawadskii extracts. The composition comprising Chrysanthemum zawadskii extracts of the present invention inhibits differentiation of preadipocyte cells to adipocyte cells and activity of pancrelipase, thereby being used for an anti-obesity composition.
