PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment chamber for a thresher which is easy to assemble and disassemble, and is satisfactory, in terms of strength.SOLUTION: Improved is a thresher having a threshing chamber 4 freely rotatably supporting a threshing cylinder 3 in the chamber a treatment chamber 24 freely rotatably supporting a treatment cylinder 27 in the chamber and a sorting chamber 7 for sorting the processed products with the threshing cylinder 3 and the processed products with the treatment cylinder 27, wherein the treatment chamber 24 is set at the side of the threshing chamber 4, the threshing chamber 4 and the treatment chamber 24 communicate via a communicating hole 26, and the sidewall of the treatment chamber 24 and of the far side from the threshing chamber 4 is formed with a removable cover body 31. The cover body 31 is divided vertically, to form the lower side cover body 37 and the upper side cover body 36, and the lower side cover body 37 and the upper side cover body 36 are formed separately removable.
