The present invention relates to a mixer and a deodorant cleaning dust collecting device using the same. The deodorant cleaning dust collecting device using the mixer comprises: a receiving unit; a first dust collecting unit; a guide unit; the mixer; a second dust collecting unit; a cleaning water tank; an exhaust unit; and a sludge collecting unit. The receiving unit receives exhaust gas including dust through a front end. The first dust collecting unit is connected to a back end of the receiving unit; flows to the exhaust gas received through the receiving unit to a cyclone; and collects the dust by downwardly falling heavy dust of the exhaust gas. The guide unit is connected to an upper part of the first dust collecting unit; and guides the exhaust gas passed through the first dust collecting unit to a post process. The mixer is connected to a back end of the guide unit; applies cleaning water to the exhaust gas guided by the guide unit; flows to oil of the exhaust gas, and the cleaning water to a high speed vortex; mixes the oil of the exhaust gas, and the cleaning water with diffusion, collision, and coagulation operations; and enables the oil of the exhaust gas, and the cleaning water to be formed in droplets, liquid films, and bubbles. The second dust collecting unit is connected to a back end of the mixer; and collects the droplets, liquid films, and bubbles included in the exhaust gas passed through the mixer. The cleaning water tank is connected to a lower part of the second dust collecting unit; stores the cleaning water; and stores the dust in sludge by immersing the collected dust. The exhaust unit is connected to a front end of the cleaning water tank; and discharges cleaned exhaust gas, which is passed through the first dust collecting unit, the guide unit, the mixer, the second dust collecting unit, and the cleaning water tank, to the outside.
