The present invention relates to a soybean milk preparation apparatus capable of preparing soybean milk with raw soybeans not immersed in water independently or while being connected to a conventional tofu preparation apparatus at the same time. The soybean milk preparation apparatus includes a first body, a second body, a third body, and a hopper drawing in the raw soybeans and water. The first body includes: a crusher grinding the raw soybeans by receiving the raw soybeans and water drawn in by the hopper and a drum which gathers and discharges first sludge prepared by the crusher. The second body includes: a millstone unit drawing in the first sludge gathered in the drum to mill the first sludge and a tilted floor surface which gathers and discharges second sludge prepared by the millstone unit. The third body includes: a centrifugal separator which separates the curd and soybean milk from the second sludge gathered by the tilted floor surface a curb outlet discharging the curd separated by the centrifugal separator to the outside and a soybean milk output discharging the soybean milk separated by the centrifugal separator to the outside.
