The present invention relates to a method for measuring respiration volume based on breathing sound. The method includes a step of acquiring first sound information generated at the time of inspiration and second sound information generated at the time of exhalation； and a step of determining respiration volume determined from the first sound information and the second sound information. According to the present invention, the respiration volume can be analyzed by listening to the breathing sound of a patient at a medical field. Accordingly, it is possible to quickly check problems such as apnea or respiration reduction, by informing the self-volume of the patient in real time.청음 기반 호흡량 측정 방법으로, 들숨시 발생하는 제 1 소리정보와 날숨시 발생하는 제 2 소리정보를 획득하는 단계； 및 상기 제 1 소리정보 및 제 2 소리정보로부터 결정된 호흡량을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청음 기반 호흡량 측정 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 의료현장에서 환자의 호흡소리를 청음하여 호흡량을 분석할 수 있다. 따라서, 환자의 자가호흡량을 실시간으로 알려줌으로써 무호흡 또는 호흡감소 등의 문제를 신속히 파악할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
